Windows 10 Update Hangup

    Hi Everybody: Auto update for Windows 10 is hung up on my Desk PC. The message reads: "Restoring your previous version of windows ". I left the PC alone for about a week as I had read that some other people had had similar problems and that there were many many updates to windows 10 in January . However I'm still having the same problem when I turn on the computer can anybody help me get out of this I have files on the computer I would like to save

    Computer make and model? Did you turn it off when it was updating?
