Windows 10 Update Issue

  1. Hello Geeks,

I have a computer that will not properly install KB4088776 which is a cumulative update for Windows 10. I did it the automatic way and restarted and it had to undone the changes because it wasn’t installed properly. I tried a manual install and it says it’s installed I go to uninstall it and it’s not in the list to be uninstalled. Anyone run into this problem with the recent update? Also I did do a restore image to see if it made a difference after gathering important information. Then it still didn’t install right. I’m assuming it’s on Microsoft’s end of things but I just wanted to check in here to see if anyone is having the same issue. Thanks for the feedback.

KB4088776 has installed normally in three Win 10 systems here. If you continue to have a problem with it you could try the system file checker sfc /scannow from an elevated command prompt.
