Windows 10 Update

    Been working on this for 2 weeks now. My printer and Nero program were affected. My printer is know printing. I am still having problems with Nero Video recording. The program will not shrink my files to fit the DVD no matter what I do and I cannot find a solution. Does anyone have any ideas? It is Nero 18 Platinum.
    Please advise to I can continue to burn the DVD.

    I also am receiving an error stating Netgear Control Center has not loaded correctly. Unable to find solution.
