Windows 10 Will Not Shut Down All The Way.

    HI. I've had an issue trying to shut windows 10 over the last month or so. Probably due to an update through windows but I've tried all the power options suggested with no luck. Can anyone point me in the right direct ? I've read this thread but it's of no help as it's windows help.. rgga...

    I've tried everything I can find other then doing a fresh install. I don't want to go that route. I guess I'll have to keep holding down on the power button to get it to fully shut down.
