Windows 11 Home Not Working After Windows Tweaking

System Type - VivoBook_ASUS

My husbands computer... so I am in trouble... again...
I ran windows tweaking as I have done many times before.
He reported that the screen would freeze.
I tried to find a recover / backup in Windows Tweak but I could not find it.
We tried restarting several times.
It has finally went into the recover loop and windows will not open
I have produced a recovery flash drive with Windows Media Creation Tool
It consistently asks me for the extremely long recovery key over and over, I am sure it is something I am or I am not doing.
At this point, I am sure it can be fixed butI am just trying to back up his data, via command prompt notepad.exe
(I have read the read and run me but cannot figure out how to do it all via command prompt)
I can access lots of data, but the all important "documents" folder is empty.
with the flash drive inserted the command prompt only list the recovery drive and the usb drive.
I removed the flash recovery drive and tried navigating via command prompt to the folder.
without the recovery flash drive inserted command prompt I can navigate to c:\users\username\Documents and then ask for DIR and it gives me 3 folders, c:users\username\music (\pictures and \videos) I don't know why they are listed there.
This all started with Tweaking.com so I am a little concerned.
At this point I would like to back up his data, like I should have already done previously... bad I.T. wife...

Your drive is being protected by BitLocker Encryption. If you don't have your BitLocker Recovery Key information, or don't know what that is, please attempt to obtain it following the How to find your BitLocker recovery key instructions.

Thanks for your response!! I have the BilLocker Recovery Key and i have entered it several times, it doesn't help with the ssd harddrive access

Sorry for the delay. Nice work.

I am assumning the Recovery Key information is correct but you can't go beyond that to access the drive. If this is not correct stop and let me know.

Please attempt this. Provide the BitLocker Key information when requested.

FRST Scan Using Media Creation Tool Windows 11 Operating System USB Device - Power Button

Download FRST64 for and save or copy and paste it onto the Media Creation Tool USB device

Insert the USB into the compromised computer

Start the compromised computer then and after 5-10 seconds hold down the power button until the computer shuts down. Do this step twice

Restart the computer and you should then see Preparing Automatic Repair, Diagnosing your PC, then Advanced options

Select Use a device

Select USB HDD

Once the process starts you may have to press any key to boot to the USB device

After the computer boots to the USB device at the Windows screen select Next

Select Repair your computer

Select Troubleshoot

Select Command Prompt

In the command window type in Notepad and press Enter

Select File then Open

In the lower right hand corner change Text Documents (*.txt) to All Files (*.*)

On the left side locate and double click on the USB device containing FRST (the FRST icon should be visible)

Right click on the FRST icon and select Run as administrator

Click Yes on the Disclaimer

Click Scan

When completed a FRST.txt file will be created on the USB device

Remove the USB device

Copy and paste the contents of the FRST.txt report, located on the USB device, in your reply
