If anyone has move to Win11, can you do me a favor and go to the Malware forum and see if you have any issues in downloading and running MGTools.exe.

MGTools gets blocked in Edge with a message that it cant be downloaded securely. This is because the download link is http; changing the link to https resolves the issue. To complete the download, you can click the ellipsis next to the warning, then select Keep > Keep Anyway

After disabling UAC, I ran MGTools and it seemed to get stuck after a few seconds checking the registry. Right clicking MGTools and "Run as administrator" seems to solve this problem and AFAIK it ran to completion and left MGLogs on the desktop.

I normally disable defender system because it takes up 50% of the resources whats the point of having a Anti virus that spends 50% of the time running for no reason.

Yes it can and still use and run contentiously. They still have not fixed the Anti malware exe from sucking up the 50% cpu issue.

Reason why i use third party stuff to scan.

    like malwarebytes.
