My mother in law just bought a computer from a garage sale (insert red flag here) that is running Win 2kPro. After she turned it on, she realized that she could access the desktop because the previous owner had an administrative password set. Seeing as that she cannot locate or contact the previous owner to gain the password and/or any and all disks for the computer itself, is there a way that I can have her perform a "destructive" restore without any of the disks in order to return the computer to it's original factory settings?

You can download this utility as a bootable CD. You will have to burn the image with something like Imgburn.

This is for the password to login to an account. It is not a utility for the BIOS password. You would need another utility for that.
