Windows 2000 Pro Tweaking

Can anyone point me to a guide to tweak win2k pro?
I have a very low memory system and need to tweak it into shape because of nececity.

Ideally i would need somthing that tells you how to minimise memory usage in every way.

over here.. Peeps are little marshmallow chickens we eat too much of around Easter....
