windows 2008 or HPC

I really need help, im trying to install, FILEZILLA SERVER Server on Windows 2008 or HPC, and its not working, after installation just like how i would on Windows XP PRO, it just wont work,

anyone knows what i am doing wrong

 

Did you check with Filezilla's website for compatibility with Server 08, or your version your installing with Windows Vista (Uses same backbone). Just a thought. You may need to upgrade/look for a compatible version.

Or even try to install by "Right Click, Properties, and run as Windows Xp sp2 compatibility." Don't know if it will work, but worth a try.

Other than that... Have you tried contacting FileZilla support?

 

the thing is, it can be open and its working, but people cant connect to it from the outside, i disable the firewall in NETWORK CONNECTIONS but it still isnt working, i heard that there is also another kind a special firewall with windows windows 2008, but i cant seem to work with it, i dont kno if thats the cause

 

Whats the ports that you need to open?
