Windows 2K Pro Login On Issues

First issues was unable to boot in SafeMode or access ADD/REMOVE Programs in Control Panel. Internet was slow. So went through Malware removal.

NOW cannot LOGIN in from the Windows Username/Password. It cycles then shuts down and brings back the login box.

We use Windows 2000 SP4. Tried boot disks and the computer will not go past disk 2 (3.5" floppies). Cannot reload Windows from CD because cannot LOG ON.

Logging on as Administrator and using correct password.

Any suggestions?

Also, can't post hijackthis log because I can't get onto the computer.

However, can see my D and E drives from another network computer...can't see C because never given permision or setup to see on the network.
