Windows 7 1st installed.

    When I 1st got my PC with Win7 it had an option bar at the top of the screen with options like internet ect.. Some when along the way it got turned off. Would anyone know what the option bar is called so I can turn it back on?
    It's not the gatgets bar and it's not the task bar.....

    Use msconfig.exe to look at your Startup entries for an item that has been disabled. That is likely the item that launches the dock that you're speaking about.
