Windows 7 64 bit - Error Memory_management

I had some malware that Kestrel13 kindly helped me dispose of but since the removal of this malware I have twice recieved the blue screen error Memory_management. Not sure if its related, both times it has happened I've been watching videos on youtube. I updated flash player a few days ago so wondered if this was the problem.
