Ok, so I'm completely stumped. I can not seem to get Windows 7 to re-install properly. I replaced the HD on my laptop and started a fresh install of Windows 7 ( I had previously tried to re-install on the original HD and it kept failing and I read the HD may be bad) Ok, so I get all the way to where it looks like it's going to a log in screen and one of two things happen every time. 1. It just Windows failed to finish install restart the computer 2. It goes to log in screen with Administrator and when I click on it, it says that user has been disabled, but that is the only user option it gives me. If anyone has any info to help me I would greatly appreciate it. Thank you in advance.

Is it possible that the HD replacement you got is actually bad? consider returning?
