windows 7 64 bit security options

    Hello

    very sorry to bother I have dilema any help greatly appreciated.
    I have ie 8 but rarely use mostly firefox But I noticed popups occuring
    I noticed in internet options security settings I am currently using
    safe mode network. Now security settings it has 4 tabs. But when
    I just log in user security settings it has 4 tabs and 1 more My computer
    my internet

    please help
