Windows 7 And Long Paths Issues... Any New Solution?

Dear,
I know... it is like a "drama-movies" but unfortunately in my Projects users continue to like long filepath and Windows Server 2012 R2 has the break of 260 chars.
As I know with Windows Server 2016 and Windows 10 there is a workaround via policies and Regitry edit but... which one is the solution with Windows Server 2012 R2 (as server) and Windows 7 Professional as client for the end-users?

There is any alternative file explorer compatible to replace Windows Explorer?

I suggest you install that patch.

Copy and paste the long file path (remove the username).
We might be able to suggest an alternative solution.

If none of the recommended solutions work, your only option will be to shorten the file paths.
