Windows 7 and odd firefox issue

Firefox ok here is the odd issue i am having.

When i open firefox and try to do a search in the search bar or type in a address in the address bar it will flicker really fast so fast i can not see any thing.

Is there a fix for this annoying issue.

 

I figured out this issue.

I had a issue with the firefox hardware acceleration option.

My bars kept flickering so fast i could not see them.

Here is how to disable this option.

Go to Tools

Then Options

Then Advance Options

Then in the General tab look half way down and you should see Use hardware acceleration When Available this and uncheck this option.And this should fix the super fast flickers of the fire fox Address bars.

This is a silly little bug in windows 7.

 

Fix what? Its not an issue on my hardware. Could be billion things that is causing hardware acceleration to not work for you in that case. Anyhow gratz on fixing it yourself.
