I've had a ongoing problem where the System manager in Windows 7 thinks I have a second mouse and installs one on the system which then prevents me scrolling down such things as file menu because it forcibly tries to fight against me and puts the menu back to the top. I've removed it about 7 times so far and each time it re-appears within a few hours. Is there a way I can ban new software/hardware such as this being installed unless I authorize it to do so? I've included my DxDiag files below. At the moment I have it disabled but I'd like to remove it for good altogether.

Is the 2.4G wireless keyboard and mouse combo the unit you are using?

I'm seeing 2.4G keyboard mouse listed 3 times in addition to Mouse, Keyboard and Hid interface.
I assume the mouse and keyboard with no Vendor and product ID are the things you keep disabling.

Yes. I've removed it multiple times and it keeps re-installing itself, which I can tell as the mouse goes haywire as soon as that happens as it keeps trying to play with such things as my system list of programs. I'd like to remove it permanently and not have it re-install itself. And I don't see how USB Deview would help, even if I could run it,which I can't as the exact same thing would happen.

I've never removed anything with USB Deview so I'm no help there.

Try going into Safe mode and remove it there. And see if it happens.

If that's does not work then i would probably start running a virus or malware check. Not many software drivers re-install them self's.
