Hello, I am running Windows 7 Home Premium edition on my laptop. My laptop is a bit old (about 7 years old now); however, the startup/bootup time to get to my laptop seems unreasonably slow. It takes close to 5 minutes between my pressing the power button to the desktop loading up for use. I've tried to minimize the startup programs, but it has proven ineffective. I have previously posted my malwarebytes report and all the other malware scans in the malware forum -- based on the feedback, I can assure my laptop is clean of malware. I would appreciate any assistance to speed up my laptop. Thanks.

Disregard this thread for now. I uninstalled Virtual Clone Drive, and then rebooted. Now the laptop is booting at decent speeds. I will continue monitoring the bootup issue and update if problems persist!
