Windows 7 changing aero theme

Hi, just wondering if anyone knew why or how to stop this annoying message that seems to come up when running teamviewer incoming and outgoing.

I only recently installed a ATI Radeon HD 5750. All works fine and not had any problems until this, if you can even call it a problem that is lol.

I have attatched a screensot showing the pop up.

Quick edit, just after posting this happened, automatically adjusting my windows appearence, as you can tell from my taskbar appearence.

 

Anything at all? :| Seems to only happen when running teamviewer?

Any ideas really appreciated, didn't expect this to happen when I put a new graphics card in.
