Windows 7 Dial-up issue

I have posted a previous problem with a dial up modem recently, but that was fixed quickly ( Ty again Halo )

Well, as you can see, its working fine...but i have another issue, im not sure if this is my OS, my ISP or my drivers or what, but if i try to download anything like a Nintendo game or a old DOS game like boppin, whatever, or even if i try to play anything online, my connection drops constantly... I never had this problem on my other W7 computer, or my XP computer i used to have, just this one.

It might be my modem, but i sort of doubt it...but...does anyone have any idea why my connection would drop if im downloading or playing anything that constantly downloads or uploads ( Didn't know how to explain it.... like playing Runescape would drop my connection every 2 minutes )
