windows 7 Envelopes and Labels

I am using Windows 7, Word 2007, windows and labels. Inadvertently I entered a name and address in the return address and it is not mine. How can I remove this address permanently? Please advise.

Are you using a labels template in Word? If not, then what technique or method are you using to save data for labels?

 

yes I am using the label/envelopes template of windows 7. I tried to delete it but every time I open it for a new address that same return address comes up.

Have you made a change in the template file and then saved it?

 

I am not sure. A message asked if I want to keep the return address and without me realizing I quickly said yes. Now I can't remove it.

 

I'm puzzled by your repeated mentioning of the return address. Is there something different about the label for this return address from a label for any other address?

 

when I go into the envelope/label window, there is a box for Delivery address and return address. In the return address is where I said to keep the return address. That is what I cannot remove now. I was addressing envelopes at the time. Each envelope had a different return address.
