Well when Windows 7 was originally released about a year ago, there was a Family Pack offer which was very good value.

Well its making a return to celebrate the 1yr since Windows 7 was released, and covers the USA and will return to others like Canada, UK, Germany, France, Australia etc too on October 22nd 2010

Re: Aussies ripped off with W7 three pack Upgrade

    Not surprising really. :cry

With the Aussie dollar around about parity with the USA dollar, and the USA 3 pack of MS Windows 7 Home Premium Upgrade 3 User priced around US$150, one would expect the Aussie version to be around AUD$170-$190.

Not so, I picked up a brochure today from officeworks.com.au and surprise, surprise, the Aussie release is priced at AUD$245. :cry

    Thanks MS. :(
