Windows 7 firewall will not work.

Well, I was looking at a guitar tab on the internet *the site was safe it was a bookmarked site* and my computer went to a blue screen and crashed.

Anyways I noticed my firewall was off on my computer and I when I clicked on "use recommended settings" It says, "windows firewall can't change some of your settings. Error code 0x80070005"

So then I click on the "advanced settings" tab *I am in control panel/system security/windows firewall

and it say's "There was an error opening the Windows Firewall with Advanced Security Snap-in...The Windows Firewall with Advanced Security Snap-in failed to load. Restart the Windows Firewall service on the computer that you are managing. Error code: 0x6D9."

I have run anti-virus programs like Kaspersky, Malwarebytes Anti-malware, and combofix. I have checked other solutions at other sites to no avail.

I just want my firewall to run again. Plus this issue has stopped me from backing up files, or restoring to a previous time.

Hey, I did what you said and it's not started. When I try to start it though it just gives me an error which I have attached a photo of.
