Windows 7 freezes and restarts

    My system freezes and automatically restarts for every 2-3 mins.It doesn't show any error after it restarts.
    I have formatted my C drive thinking it as some virus problem.But the problem exists
    I have then formatted my full 500gb hard drive but still the problem exists.
    My system config is 2gb ram
    500gb HDD
    2.0GHz dual core
    Please help me

    Hi

    Is your Windows 7 at Service Pack 1?

    Are all your drivers upto date or installed (check device manager for any yellow ! marks and if you see any please let us know by what device they are)?

    Do you get the same issue if you boot into safe mode (F8 at boot and choose Safe Mode with networking)?

    What startups do you have with your PC?
    To find this info follow the below and attach the log as mentioned in the guide.

    Then disable then all, you can do this via msconfig or via CCleaner, then reboot and do you get the same issue.


    I would also as it maybe a hardware/heat issue run this Speedfan and let us know your temps? (a good cleanout of the CPU fan and any other fans and airvents can help reduce heat issues.

    Yes My windows is at SP1.
    Yes my drivers are upto date.There are no yellow marks
    I get the same issue even if i boot into safe mode
    I don't have any start up programs as I have completely formatted my system.All my data is lost.But still the problem exists.
    I have checked my temps.They are betwn 25 to 35 only.
    My system also shows this error

    explorer.exe ---Application error
    The instruction at 0x7692283C referenced memory at 0x7682383C.The required data was not placed into memory because of an IO error
    status of 0x000000e.
    Click OK to terminate the program
    I'm getting this error with every program after 4-5 mins of running it.and then the computer freezes and i have to restart it forcibly.After restart it doesn't show any error.
    Sometimes it freezes without showing any error.
