Windows 7 Loop of Death

Hello.
I have a Compaq Presario CQ60 running windows 7 home premium 64 bit.
Microsoft security essentials told me i had the Alureon Trojan and told me to download windows defender offline to remove it. I did. the virus was successfully removed, and then i shut it down. Then i started it up again, it loaded the bios, then a screen appeared telling me windows failed to start. it then asked me if i wanted to start windows normally or run repair. when i ran startup repair, it said it failed with a status of 0cx000000f. then i tried to start windows normally. it started to load windows for a few seconds, but then it flashed the bsod then rebooted. this happened many times. I've been up the entire night trying to fix it. ive tried everything. the repair disc, rebuilding the bcm with bootrec, all that crap\with backreg, you name it, ive probably done it. i need a new outlook on this problem. HELP! :cry
