Windows 7 mail.

Cannot open windows mail in Windows 7.Can anyone help?

Windows mail don't come included with windows 7 you have to download windows live mail instead as a replacement.

You don't HAVE to use Windows Live Mail - there are alternatives available such as Thunderbird. From another thread here recently it seems you can actually install Windows Mail in 7 as well.

I don't know how that's possible since Windows Mail only comes with Windows Vista. Even if it can be done, I'd go with Windows Live Mail. It's clearly designed to be used with Win XP/Vista/7. Again, Windows Mail only comes with Vista.

 

Its in my program files but wont load or delete

 

If it's still in Program Files you must have upgraded to 7 from Vista. It shouldn't be there but upgrades are often riddled with problems such as this. A clean install of 7 is best, followed by installing an email client such as Windows Live Mail or Thunderbird. Removing it from your current installation would require some registry editing.
