Windows 7 Missing dll's All of A Sudden

Started my laptop this morning, it booted and all looked normal. Then I began to get some error pop-ups about missing dll's for various things ( I honestly did not pay any attn ). Then I noticed it not running properly. Could not get winlive mail to open ( missing a dll )...and Now I struggle to get it to boot up at all. I get the flash screen and the screen to type in my pw..then it sits on a black screen.

Advice ? Help is GREATLY appreciated.

checked up on the post this morning, saw the solution and applied it. Had to run through it twice ( as it mentioned you might have to ). The laptop is running...though it does seem to be running slow..
