Windows 7 - Missing WBEM Folder

I'm currently using windows 7, and my entire %windir%/system32/wbem folder is missing. Is there a way to easily reinstall this folder from the disk or to get a copy of it from another computer, or am I best off with a reinstall?

it looks like it is only necessary for the windows firewall, security center - and a few other things you personally might not even need to use.

have you experienced any problems?

 

I was having issues with device manager and services. I managed to fix my issue by putting in the install disk and choosing repair. Apparently that does the repair feature better than the repair, lol. Hope this helps anyone else with the same issues.
