Windows 7 Pro Processes

I'm running and MSI board with Win 7 Pro SP1. It takes about 15 minutes before I get to the desktop. When I checked Task Mgr, all sorts of processes are running and this is slowing the PC> Is there any processes that I can disable to speed up this PC?

 

If you can, please post a screenshot(s) of the processes listed in Task Manager.

Because the list may be (will be!) very long, you will need to post enough readable screen shots to see them all.

Also, START UP processes are even more important. You can see them by running 'msconfig' and looking at start ups.
OR more easily using CCleaner Slim FREE > Tools > Start Ups
