Windows 7 Profesnal Updates

My Friend got windows 7 put on his machine but got no disc with it and has found his window updates is blocked by one of the windows updates and he get more updates I think there is about 60 now and he does not know how to fix this problem . Can any one Help Please

 

That user needs to run the Windows Update Troubleshooter :

Thanks Max, it did not fix it , I looked at the first one that failed kb:3035126 and when I google it they have had faults with the updates . I was wondering if he could delete all failed ones and start the up dates one at a time

 

That user could try just downloading and installing many of the updates manually, ie download them and run them, rather than going through WU.

Thanks I think these updates were 2013 the kb:3035126 failed update was this year 2015 but it could have been broken one this year .
It would be good if you could delete all the failed ones and start again it would have been better if he had the original disk and started again

Do you know how to check to see which updates have been installed on the PC? This shows how to see:

Then you can remove an update if you would like. Here are instructions for that:

Look and see in the updates history if update KB3004394 is on the PC. If so, follow the instructions to remove it.
