Can any one help me setup a Profile for gaming.

I am trying to play the game on a Gateway NV57H notebook.

Intel core I5-2430m
Intel HD Graphics 3000
640GB HDD
6GB DDR3 RAM
Windows 7 home

And i want it to run properly.

I have played Star Wars: The Old Republic for 2 years and have not had a single issue other than heating but i fixed that issue.

I have not played STO in about two years.I could care less about graphics i have a lot of stuff in the game set to low any way.

I think it is mainly server not responding issue.The thing about is that i do not think many other players are being effected by this.

Think of me as old but what the hell is STO? acronyms are not the best at times, as you may know but others will not (apart from those now clicking a search engine to prove me wrong!)

If you have a server not responding issue, then a profile as in hardware profile in Windows will not help much, need to work out why you get a server not responding message,

What internet speed do you have? up and download speeds?
For the game is there another server you can use?
Is this STO the only game that has this issue? (this leads to the game as the issue and not your PC)

Star Trek Online, Daughter plays it.
We have a fair cable connection, but she gets really laggy at peak times like weekend evenings and events.
Do you have the same problem all the time?
