Windows 7 Stuck in Loop

    While trying to get rid of a virus Windows Security Essentials recommended that I run Defender Offline. After running Defender it will not boot, it flashes a blue screen and then goes to the Windows Error Recovery screen. Start up repair will not work so the whole cycle starts again. I ran FRST and have attached the text file. Thanks for any help.
