Windows 7 upgrade advisor wont check my system category

    downloaded the latest version and it chekcs the programs fine but as far as the system category it says its unable to check compatibility..any ideas?...i know my ram isnt compatible..i ordered some its on teh way..but any reasons why it cant check my systems compat?
