Windows 7 View Mod Menu on screen

While using my Windows 7, suddenly a small window appeared in the middle
of the screen Titled ASUS Menu:Exit. It constantly cycles through
Theater Mode, Night View Mode, Standard Mode, etc. I can't access it or make
it go away. It is getting faster and faster on cycling through the options.
I have turned off the computer, that did not help.

Please Help this new ignorant, frustrated computer user.

This is a desktop.

New info.

I found a menu button on my monitor. It will bring up the scrolling
options, but it is going very fast and will not respond. When the menu
appeared in the middle of the screen before Windows booted up I realized
that the 'new' monitor was likely the problem.

I replaced the monitor and all is well. Looks like a bad monitor.

My first monitor that came with my ASUS computer failed while in warranty.
This monitor was the replacement for the bad monitor, it looks like it has gone
bad at just about the end of the warranty.

My ASUS computer has been great, but two quickly failed monitors do not
speak well for ASUS monitors.
