Windows 7 wakes up from Hibernation, but cannot type in password field.

I have had several users complain that every once in a while, their computer wakes up from hibernation, and they cannot type in the password field at all. Even if they left click in the password field, nothing happens.

They have to reboot by hard shutting down.

I've searched around, but not really finding anything.


Facts: Windows 7 32 bit
happens whether its an external keyboard, or the native lappy keyboard.
