windows 7 wifi issues

    Ok here it goes I have a new toshiba laptop that worked great for two weeks then all of the sudden it wont connect it says dns server not responding but thats not true my hard wired desktop and two wireless xp machines connect fine if i use a usb wireless adapter i can connect but otherwise i get the dsame message. Ive tried to rollback the driver and update the driver for my laptop i know several ppl having the same issue with the winows seven laptops my 7 laptop is updated to sp1 please please please help

    With my Toshiba laptop after I "turn on" wifi I have to log off then back on for it to take affect. My wife's HP Win7 laptop does not have this issue which leads me to believe it's a Toshiba thing. I also have to log off then on to have wifi turn off take affect as well.

    can you provide some screens of the error message you're getting, or post the exact errors your getting here?

    also, can you do the following: START > run > devmgmt.msc
    View > Show Hidden Devices

    Take a screenshot of that if you can (prtscn / print screen | on keyboard). paste into paint, save, upload as an attachment here.

    or just tell us if you see any yellow exclamation marks while in the Device Manager :p

    If so, list which devices.
