    Hi

Will have to give us much more information than that to know whats wrong so we can suggest a fix, some questions off the top of my head to maybe narrow this down are,

    1. Where do you get an error, is this at boot or when you have booted into the GUI of Windows or is it when you run an application (name the application/s), good description of where and what the full error message if one is given will help.
1a. Is this when you run the Windows Troubleshooters from Control Panel > All Control Panel Items > Troubleshooting

    2. Can you boot into Safe Mode (F8 at boot) and not get this message or issue, or is it the same?

    3. Where any new applications or drivers installed just before this happened? if so what?

Rough quick answer is that if its at boot or just as Windows gets into its GUI, then I would check that Group Policy has not been set to stop the troubleshooters from starting, click Start and in the Start Search box type gpedit.msc and hit enter, then navigate to this location Computer Configuration > Administrative Templates > System > Troubleshooting and Diagnostics > Scripted Diagnostics and make sure the 3 items *see image below* in the right window are all set to not configured (can do this by double clicking the entry and choosing "not configured")

If happening at startup then running Startup Repair is an option and instruction HERE

But will need more info from you as to whats happening and whats affected.

it does it when you try to troubleshoot a problem(ex: something is not not working). the time when i first started to know about this was around my other post about the usb port were not working. we have no problem at boot. i dont really know about any drivers or programs. im just tryin to figure this out so i can get my wireless usb to work.

    Hi

What is the exact error message when the Troubleshooters dont run or load up and take it they are the ones in this location Control Panel\All Control Panel Items\Troubleshooting\All Categories

In Event Viewer in the System or Application logs are there any error listings at the exact time you try to run the Troubleshooters and if so what is the error messsage?

Did you check Group Policy settings as in the screenshot I posted?

Do you have a Windows 7 DVD or did your PC come with a restore partition?
Try running from an elevated command prompt (click start adn type CMD into the start search box and then right click CMD and choose "run as administrator" then type sfc /scannow to see if you can fix any file corruption.
