The BSOD happened after i tried connecting my webcam to my PC and since the computer restarted my computer has been extremely slow.
The programs hang and "do not respond", folders don't open quickly anymore, copying files takes 10 minutes when once it took less than a minute.

Everything from web browsing to opening simple music files takes much longer and programs hang until they resolve themselves.

I formatted my C Drive but that didn't seem to fix the problem.

    What do i do now?

    Thank you.

Here is an example of explorer.exe hanging. The folders are unclickable for a few minutes.

Every single thing from internet to opening folders hangs or is extremely slow. And, i`m pretty certain there are no viruses in my computer since i routinely check with SuperAntiSpyware, Search and Destroy Spybot, Malware-Bytes and Bitdefender Internet security.

there is a code of your hdd like this

    HDS722516VLSA80

informing us about it , even you can download this cd

Thank you but i`m hoping it's not hardware related since it popped up after a BSOD. Anyone got other ideas?

Its more then likely a software problem. Did you said you formated your c drive, is this the case or no? If you did the slow down has happened sense then, you might be missing drivers or need to install updated or different versions.

I belive so too. The problem started after i had a BSOD, then i tried formatting my C drive but the problem still persisted.

How do i see if all the drives are up to date and running well?

disabling automatic restart , even you could go to Start - Run mmc devmgmt.msc
    - Ok

inspecting if any ? persist in Device Manager :wave
