Windows 7

I am the sole user and administrator for my laptop. I am using Windows 7.

I had an issue with AVAST Internet 7.0 in which I attempted to deinstall and reinstall it, but I cannot do so and I believe it to be related to the permissions issue related to being the administrator. I can run the program as an Administrator but it does not complete the install.

Starting this week, I cannot download anything from Mozilla or Internet Explorer as it states I am not the administrator and I do not have permission to do so.
