Windows 8.1 & Java 7 & 8

Hello Guys & Gals,

I have a issue with Java on my Windows 8.1 64bit system with AMD 270 card.

Java seems to be bugged or something, I can run java but after a few seconds to a minute it all goes to heck.
At some point i get some rendering issues in browser and in java programs. When I move the mouse the graphics go all wonky. sometimes parts of the java program show up in the java program over and over so i cant see much or do much.

I have done a full uninstall of Java 8 32 & 64 bit using the java uninstaller.
Restarted system and reinstalled java with no luck and the same issues show up.
Some site said to go to Java 7 -45 , so I uninstalled then installed 7.
And still i get funky windows on top of windows in any java program.

So is there a way to get Java to work correctly on a Windows 8.1 64bit system with an AMD card?

I have no other issues with any programs at all unless they are java based.

For example I downloaded this program http://www.snapfiles.com/featured/536480-113892.html as it looked good but shortly after running the Java went wonky again and i could not see the program correctly.
That is just one example of dozens of programs i have tried that are Java based and not a single one works well for me and the graphics always go nuts.

I have read that Java has always been a problem for windows 8 and 8.1 but i would have thought it would have been fixed years ago.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

If you have not already tried these steps give them a try.
Is this the uninstall tool you used? https://www.java.com/en/download/uninstalltool.jsp
It should remove all Java then you can install the latest version.
Are you installing latest version of Java for Win8.1 64bit? Check to ensure that you have the recommended version of Java installed on your Windows https://www.java.com/en/download/uninstalltool.jsp

Thanks for the reply to my issue/questions, I really appreciate it.
Those are the steps i have tried among many others.
I was even told to remove 8 and use 7.45 but it still had same issue.
Never have i gotten Java programs to run correctly on my Win 8.1 64 bit system.
