Windows 8.1 - Major Config Change

Hey guys,

So I came home to find my computer in a sort of disarray. My SO has got her computer tech dad to remotely connect. There is a hidden account that Administrator doesn’t have access to, only System with an outlook account that’s visible and linked. I cannot find any app data folders even on my account. I’m fairly tech savey but have a limited idea of the lower end windowh tweaks and registry. I am not even sure of what information I need to give to so let me know. I have managed to access the account by changing control to Authorized Accounts but AppData is not where it should be and searching does t help. Any ideas?
