Windows 8.1 Wifi Issue

So.. For the past month or two now When i try to disable my wifi (Disabling the adapter) my laptop will go into sleep mode for no reason at all and refuses to come out, it will get to the login screen then go back to sleep, reinstalled windows twice now and no changes.. And if i create a wifi hotspot it will randomly bluescreen with the error DPC_WATCHDOG_VIOLATION every time its always random when it happens, Mostly happens when connecting say like Android devices, Other computers, etc if they are connected and not using the internet it won't bluescreen but as soon as they try to connect to say google it will bluescreen.. Help this is very very annoying
