Windows 8 Visual Dilemma

Hi Everyone,

I am trying to create a Windows 8 Pro customer theme for my laptop (Main Machine) because I am sick to death of the standard windows default scheme, I want to customize the start screen (Where the software tiles a shown) and also the desktop wallpaper and color scheme, to match one another, and just customize everything to suit one another, but look a lot better and cleaner than what the default scheme shows, and what I am currently using.

I have tried searching the internet for some decent Wallpaper Websites, but cannot seem to find any that are free, and the ones I do find that are free, load a crapload of ads, and pop-ups that someone break through my popup blocker, and you have to click through a crap load of pages and links to finally get to the wallpaper you want, only to find out it has a massive viewable watermark in the corner, and its the wrong size wallpaper.

My laptop has a Full HD LED LCD 1080p screen, so I need to find wallpapers to fit this size, also, I have been trying to customize my windows sound scheme, to a voice type of sound scheme, so when I log on to my machine and it boots up, it saying "Welcome, David"... etc Is their any programs out their that allow you to do this, or to allow you to create .wav files with a voice text to speech program or such, I am new to all of this, but I have downloaded a fair few supposedly text to speech programs to try having a fiddle with it myself to see if I could do it, but most of the programs google gave me were useless and wanted a credit card to purchase it first, etc.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I have attached screenshots of my current setup, I would really like to make something that suits all the way through, and looks really nice, including a new avatar, and sound scheme (voice) if that's even possible?
