Windows 98 porblem...reinstall?

Ok so a couple days ago I blew a fuse in the house and tried to change it .... I pulled out the wrong fuse by accident...I pulled out the fuse that was supplying power to the computer (it wason at the time)... didnt think much of it... when I tried to start the computer back up again Windows 98 was trying to load but I got a message saying that "MSVCRT.dll" was missing...i clicked ok...the same error box came up a couple more times.. clicking on ok each time ... then a white box that says theres a problem with "explorer.exe....reinstall windows" ???? I clicked ok on that too ... then it freezes up and i have to reboot from there.... I have a win98 upgrade CD, but not the win98 itself. My question is pretty much

HOW DO I ACESS THE WIN98 UPGRADE CD FROM DOS??

the CD drive is G:, but when I try to access it in DOS it says invalid drive.....Windows does not load at all so theres no way i can click on anything there... i also have CDs for windows XP, ME, 95 upgrade if that helps at all....

Download the file from the link below.

Run the file and have a blank floppy disk available.

After disk is created do the following.

1. Restart/Turn on Computer and make sure floppy disk is in computer.
2. A DOS prompt will show up showing "A:\" type "D:"
3. Now type "SETUP.EXE"

Hopefully if all goes well your Windows 98 Installation will begin.
