When I boot my computer, Windows locks before start is complete.. I can get it to start by checking the "Close Program" list and ending task on the obviously randomly generated program.. Examples are fhz1zc, rj6zz, e57gkjz, etc, etc.. It's different every time.. What I need to find out is what is creating/starting these.. Any help would be appreciated.. I've tried different spyware and adware checkers to no avail

    Welcome to MG :)

Sounds like spyware or a virus (or both). Are Adaware and Spybot S&D among those you've tried? Update both before you scan. Have a peek here:

It might help to run them in Safe Mode, and I'd also check the Startup tab of msconfig.exe to see if there's any funny stuff loading there.

Running an AV with the latest definitions?
Try these online scanners for 2nd/3rd opinions:
