Windows Api - Shell Refresh

    Anyone have any idea of how to force a shell refresh ? For example I have a program which modifies the registry value for showing and hiding hidden files but I have to refresh explorer to make the changes visible. Is there an api to force a shell refresh? Im coding in vb6 at the moment but just an idea of the api name would probably get me headed in the right direction.

    I normally don't answer any VB6 questions, but since it's you .. try messing with
    Set shlShell = New Shell32.Shell

    Found it on the net.. aint google grand!
