Windows boot problem

    Im getting this error message when windows loaded "Error: loader couldn't initalize service!" I cant see anything except the background picture then. I have to press crtl alt del then open explorer.exe to get into windows. What to do?

    Sorry, Im using Windows XP Home edition.

    Go to the event viewer.

    Check application and system (probably system)

    See if there is something with the source of mrtrate in there.

    No Im sorry its not that, I could do a hijack log if you like :p

    But if you want to save your even logs and zip them, that would be good.

    Clear em out.

    Try to boot.

    Let the error come up.

    It should record in one of the logs.
