Windows cannot access specify device path or file.

    it started when i scanned my flashdisk and detected many virus like newfolder.exe ( im using NOD32) then it detected many programs specially .exe files then i tried to delete the detected files then i didnt realize it is the files in my PROGRAM FILES so i restarted my laptop and then it started everytime i open a .exe file it pops out "Windows cannot access specify device path or file. You may not have appripriate permission to access the item" and specially when i open the control panel i tried opening every item and it still popping out can u guys help me coz my dads gonna kill me if i cant fix it A.S.A.P.! i think i deleted some important files in the system so i tried using sytem restore but it failed. to restore the day that i got the error. my OS is Windows XP SP3. thanks in advance and please i need healp. =(

    And can you get into safe mode? Work okay then?
