    I have a memory stick, and after plugging it into a network computer at my university it never worked again, it says that the drive is not formatted when i try to open it, and thus I try to format it and then it tells me that the drive cannot be formatted. I have tried only FAT32 formatting, as there are no other options (for me) in the drop down menu.

    I am running XP with every update known to man

    It is a corsair survivor 8GB 2.0

    Thanks allot for your help!

    ************** JIT Debugging **************
    To enable just-in-time (JIT) debugging, the .config file for this
    application or computer (machine.config) must have the
    jitDebugging value set in the system.windows.forms section.
    The application must also be compiled with debugging
    enabled.

    For example:

    <configuration>
    <system.windows.forms jitDebugging="true" />
    </configuration>

    When JIT debugging is enabled, any unhandled exception
    will be sent to the JIT debugger registered on the computer
    rather than be handled by this dialog box.

    hope this helps! :)

    Try it in a PC and then right click and virus scan. DO NOT USE IT ON A HOME PC!!!

    It is infected are trying to infect other systems! You need to use it on the Uni PC (more robust than home) and scan and reformat it!

    I tried scanning on this PC anyway, and bullguard said "Invalid Paramaters for BGscan" i then tried scanning a few other random files in my docs and program files just to check and bullguard scanned all of these without a problem. So it can't be malware unless its a really clever one, but it hasn't infected anything on my home PC (did a full scan) so its highly unlikely as i've plugged it in a few times...

    but thanks for the thought!
