Windows Classic style only option

My computer has been just fine lately, no problems, nothing. Last night I shut it down and went to bed, just like every other night. When I woke up, I turned it back on, and booted into Windows XP. When it came on, I noticed that the taskbar and all the windows were displaying in the Windows Classic style. I went into Display properties, to the Appearance tab, to the "Windows and buttons:" dropdown box, only to find that Windows Classic style is now the only option. What in the world could have caused this?

 

Your Luna theme has probably become corrupted.
